1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PO Solve (posolve.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PO Solve is a browser-based poker analysis tool that provides solver-backed recommendations, range analysis, push/fold charts, exploitation tracking, and tournament math (ICM, Kelly criterion). The Service is intended for educational and study purposes only.

PO Solve does not facilitate real-money gambling, accept wagers, or connect to any online poker platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You may register using email or a supported OAuth provider (Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

PO Solve offers free and paid tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing cycles are described on the pricing page. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate cheating, collusion, or real-time assistance during live online poker play on platforms that prohibit such tools.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract solver results.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with Service availability.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service output without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, design, and content of PO Solve are the property of the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial poker study.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Solver output is approximate and should not be treated as guaranteed-optimal strategy. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PO Solve and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to financial losses from poker play — arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, IP) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
